Ulead Browser is a program from Ulead Systems, Inc. that allows you to quickly browse the contents of your issue of clipart. You can scroll through thumbnails for a quick visual view of the images on the CD or search for images by keyword, subject, or marks. Once found, image files can be previewed.

Using the Album

OPENING THE BROWSER
In the Windows File Manager, click once on the CD ROM icon.
Double click on PC_USERS directory.
Double click on BROWSER directory.
Click once on BROWSER2 directory.
Double click on BROWSER.EXE file.
The Ulead Browser window will open. Double click the icon in the lower left corner of the Browser window to open the album and view all the images.
SEARCHING FOR IMAGES
When a search is performed, only the thumbnails in the current view are searched. If you want to search the entire album consecutively, select Search Entire Album from the Thumbnail menu or typing Ctrl+W.
To perform a quick keyword search, choose Keyword from the first pull-down menu at the top of the screen; then choose a keyword from the second pull-down menu.
To perform a search with more complex search criteria (for example, to combine two keywords using Boolean operators such as "and" or "or"), use the Search dialog box, accessed by choosing Search from the Thumbnails menu or typing Ctrl+S.
In the Search dialog box, choose your search criteria category from the pull-down menu and type your search words in the box to the right. To add more criteria separated by "and," "or" or "not," click the Add button. When finished, click OK to begin the search.
You can save a search for future use by typing a name in the Query text area inside the Search dialog box, then press Enter. To access a previously saved query, choose it from the pull-down Query menu. To delete a query, highlight it and click the Remove button.
